Have had some night sweats(Where you wake up at night and your neck, face and Pillow is wet from Sweat) and in trying to figure out what was causing it led to hamburger meat, Steak, and in general red meat.
Mmmmm Steak
When Steak was for dinner i would always wake up laying with my neck and pillow wet.
When Hamburger was for dinner the same thing.
Maybe it is because of the age, but whatever it is have really cut down on the red meat.
Seems a shame to give up something that looks like the photo on the right
